Issue Desk:- 9.00 A.M. to 2.30 P.M. (All working Days)
Reading Hours:-9.00 A.M. to 2.50 P.M. (All working Days)
Note:-Users must leave the library 10 Minutes before closing time to ensure proper checking and locking of the library.
GENERAL RULES
The main purpose of these rules is to safeguard the common interest of all users and to enable the library to carry out its functions as efficiently as possible.
- Enter your name and sign in the register kept at the entrance of library before entering its premises.
- Use of mobile phones in the library is strictly prohibited.
- Students are allowed inside the library only on the production of their valid Identity Cards.
- No personal belongings are allowed inside the library.
- Show the books and other materials which are being taken out of the library to staff at the entrance counter.
- Maintain silence inside the library.
- Users are not allowed to carry eatables inside the library premises.
- The library shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the personal belongings.
- The Librarian may recall any book from member at any time and the member shall return the same immediately.
- The borrowing facility can be withdrawn or restricted in case of misbehavior of users for their misuse of the library.
- Strict discipline should be maintained in the library. The position of the chairs and tables should not be changed or displaced.
- No Readers is allowed to sleep in the library premises.

Numbers of Documents Permitted To Be Borrowed At A Time:

➢ Note: – In case of loss of your library card, it will be re-issued with a fine
of 100/-.
➢ Students can borrow books related to competitive exams. But Journals
and Magazines can only be consulted inside the library.
Issue and Return
# Issuing Library Books
1. Book Selection: Choose the books you want to borrow from the library’s
collection.
2. Check-Out: Take the selected books to the circulation desk for check-out.
3. Fines: Be aware of the fine policy for late returns.
# Returning Library Books
1. Return Date: Ensure books are returned on or before the due date.
2. Book Condition: Return books in good condition, with no damage or
markings.
3. Renewal: If needed, renew books before the due date to avoid fines.
4. Overdue Fines: Pay fines for late returns, if applicable.
