A Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled "Tech Savvy Faculty - Streamlining Admin and Student Data Management" was organized at Shah Satnam Ji Girls’ College, Sirsa. The program held on March 17,2025 was conducted under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college, designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of faculty members. Dr Priyajot (HOD, Assistant Professor at DPG Degree College, Gurugram)was invited as a resource person. She delivered a session on new concepts, methodologies, and techniques in student data management. The primary objective of the FDP was highly relevant to our faculty members and increased their knowledge. IQAC Director Dr Rishu Tomar highlighted that the aim of organizing the FDP was to provide faculty members with sufficient knowledge about Streamlining Admin and Student Data Management. Principal Dr. Geeta Monga congratulated the organizing team for the successful conduct of the FDP and emphasized that learning is a lifelong process for teachers.
