Pledge Ceremony on 75 Years of Indian Constitution
On 16th January 2025, a Pledge Ceremony was organized in the college to commemorate the completion of 75 years of the Indian Constitution. The event was aimed to instill patriotism and constitutional values among our students, faculty and staff. Students along with faculty and staff participated in the ceremony showing reverence for the Indian Constitution.

Shah Satnam Ji Girls' College in Sirsa celebrated the Lohri festival with great enthusiasm on January 13, 2025. The event was inaugurated by our respected Principal, Dr. Geeta Monga, along with the IQAC Director, Dr. Rishu Tomar.
The festivities kicked off with an exciting game of Tambola, expertly organized by Ms Yogita, Ms Ripna, Ms Neha, and Ms Leenu. Lucky winners were awarded prizes for their participation. Additionally, Madam Tajinder from the Punjabi Department coordinated various activities for the program.
Dr Geeta Monga and Dr Rishu Tomar graciously lit the bonfire, extending their warm wishes to all the teachers. The teachers then gathered around the crackling flames, joyfully tossing groundnuts and popcorn into the fire.
The celebration reached its peak with vibrant dance performances accompanied by lively music, making the Lohri festivities truly unforgettable.

"Enhancing Institutional Excellence through ERP: A Hybrid Workshop"
Continuing its commitment to technological advancement and professional development, Shah Satnam Ji Girls' College, Sirsa, organized a hybrid workshop on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems on 9th January 2025. The event was conducted in collaboration with another esteemed institution under the Shah Satnam Ji Research and Development Foundation, welcoming participants from various colleges and schools.
Building on the success of the December 2024 session, the workshop once again featured expert guidance from Mr.Lalit and Mr.Viswas of Okiedokie Software Provider. They provided in-depth insights into ERP systems, addressing their practical applications for streamlining institutional operations and improving efficiency.
The session was held with enthusiastic participation from Principals across the foundation, including Mr R.K Bajaj from Management and Principals and Vice Principals from other institutions like Dr Geeta Monga, IQAC Director Dr Rishu Tomar, Dr Sandeep, Ms Seema Chhabra, Dr Ajay Dhamija, Dr Rajni, Ms Bharti and Mr Ajmer. Their presence highlighted the shared commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration among the foundation's institutions.
Senior faculty members and non-teaching staff engaged actively in the discussions, posing insightful questions that enriched the learning experience. The hybrid format allowed for broader participation, ensuring accessibility for both in-person and remote attendees.
